Triatholon

Here is a link to the pictures taken at the TREK Triatholon. I was on a 3 person team. Sharon was our swimmer..1/2 mile. I was the biker..12 miles. Jayne was the runner..3.1 miles. Very emotional. Very gratifying. Very exhausting. Very worth it!

A Work in Progress
So I'm still fussing with this site trying to get it figured out. Hopefully I will be able to finish TODAY!!! My goals for the day..take Seth to the Chiropractor, make a great dinner, give Delaina some one on one time and hopefully make time to read.
